I've photographed a lot of weddings at Baddow Park now and I can honestly say every single one finds something new to love about the venue. Joanna and Conrad's May wedding found the roses absolutely at their peak, and we made the most of every single one of them.
The whole day had such a relaxed, joyful energy to it. These two were dancing at every opportunity, their guests were completely up for it from the start, and the vibe never really dropped. That's the kind of wedding I love most.
I also love when bridesmaids are given free rein to pick their own dresses, and this group nailed it. Every shade worked together beautifully without being matchy, and it made for such lovely natural group photos in the gardens.
The styling inside was really considered too. Long banquet tables with lemons dotted through the decor, blue and yellow flowers tying everything together, and bride and groom trivia sheets at every place setting which I thought was such a brilliant touch. The whole room felt really fresh and personal.
The sunset before the dancefloor kicked off was gorgeous, the DJ and sax kept things going all evening, and honestly from start to finish this was just a really brilliant day to be part of.
